About Myotherapy

Restorative Massage Therapy: Our massage therapist blends innovative mind-body-spirit connections to create an exceptional therapeutic bodywork/yoga experience. Myotherapy is an emerging specialization also referred to as medical massage, sports massage, and physiotherapy. The integrative therapies work with remedial massage to open energy channels. Dynamic change occurs for soft tissue restrictions creating a healthy effect on the structure and other supportive systems of the body. These therapeutic combinations improve the outcome in a singular session or series of visits. The therapist folds treatments together to help relieve physical discomfort, stress, and anxiety and direct you toward self-realization, energy balance and natural restoration - all to support your well-being. Myotherapy is a multi-application of choice treatments to provide relief and alleviate discomfort and problems. Combinations customize therapy specifically to address individual needs. Clients are introduced to layering techniques to help find more satisfying results versus utilizing one treatment.

Benefits of massage therapy

Massage therapy is highly beneficial for relief from pain, improved blood flow, deeper relaxation, improved sleep, and removal of waste and toxins. Massage benefits tend to be enjoyed over time, with the most therapeutic effects coming from sustained therapy overtime. From one session to the next, relief and relaxation deepen as the chronic conditions of stress in the body are affected and released overtime.
